Welcome to Jellyfish Hostel! The Jellyfish Hostel is a cosy hostel located very centrally in the middle of the historical Old Town of Rostock.
From here everything in Rostock is quickly to reach. The tram stop, where all lines stop (IHK/Steintor) is almost in front of the door (without hearing them!). Also at the beach in Rostock-Warnemünde you are within 20 minutes by car or S-Bahn (Fasttrain). The hostel is situated in a beautiful old town house and offers you private single to 4-bedrooms as well as beds in a dormitory. It is open for everybody who wants cheap accomodation with a pleasant atmosphere in a central location. Any kind of card or membership is not necessary. The listed building has a long history - it was at the end of the 19th century the main house of Rostock's Tattersall (a sort of riding-hall), which was in the backyard. After the fall of the former GDR it has been restored substantially and reconstructed to house a hostel four years ago. Now, the house is excellently equipped with modern bathrooms, a guest kitchen, a small garden and two PCs for free internet access. For those of you who have their own notebooks, there is also free WLAN access. Of course, site maps, information and cold drinks are available at the reception. Just come in, and be greeted by the new and friendly reception team.
