Till when is check-in and check-out possible?
The opening hours of the reception are November-March from 8am till 10pm and April-October from 8am till 11pm. However a later arrival can be arranged (especially for those of you who come with the ferry from Finnland...).
You can enter the rooms from 3 pm till 11 pm. Of course you can store your luggage with us for free in case you are coming earlier then 3 pm.
Check out time is every day at 11 am. After that luggage storage is possible as well.

Am I locked out at a certain time?
No, there is no lock out and once checked in guests have access to their room 24 hours a day.

What about parking places?
The whole eastern Old Town is a resident parking area. Parking without a parking permit is only allowed between 6 pm and 8 am.

Bus drivers is recommended to stop just behind the Steintor to let guests out and not to drive into the narrow Old Town.

There is a bus parking at the south front of main station (app. 10 minutes by foot or two tram stops)

How much are towels?
Please bring your own towels, but in case you can borrow some free of charge.

May I bring my dog or my alligator?
Unfortunately you may not bring any kind of pets. (just some keyword: allergies subsequent guests, fears of other guests in the house, bitch in heat on carpet, wet feed on carpet, etc)

How do I pay?
You need to pay cash on arrival. For group bookings we prefer payment by transfer. When making a larger reservation a deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
